Comprehension questions:

1-What is the film about?
2-What was the boss trying to do?
3-Was the problem solved by going to the police? What do you infer?
4-What do you suggest to keep the sea clean? ( because the chemical dump still exists nowadays)

Answers:

1-The film is about the problem of pollution of the sea by dumping used chemicals into it. There is no more fish because of that.

2-He was trying to bribe the two young men who refused. He wanted to prevent a deposition at the police station.

3-No, it wasn't. Maybe the solution was not on their scale of power, or they had been bribed by the boss, or there was no patrols to control, or there was no way to prevent a traditional habit, or the boy still went  to the place without the police knowing, or else...

4-Educate the police, the fishermen, the costal people at large to prevent this pollution
-make a place to dump used chemicals
-recycle used chemicals
-bury the containers of chemicals first
-teach the fishermen/ the police  to guard the coast against this pollution,
