Mpanjaitra an-tsena: zaitra an-tsena

Up to now, Malagasy people buy pieces of cloths by meters and give them to the taylor to sew.On the one hand, there are qualified taylors in their particular houses, clients come to their houses to get clothes done.
On the other hand, the market taylors (mpanjaitra an-tsena) make "zaitra an-tsena" (which is synonym of badly sewn clothes), they make ready-to-wear clothes in the open markets which are highly despised, because they rarely fit, and they are reputed to be quickly sewn, so the seam of the clothes comes undone quickly. The fabrics are usually coarse, and often of bad color matches. Their job consists in sewing pupils' uniforms, for example, for 2500 ar to 4000 ar, to sew house linen, like curtains, table cloths, to shorten trousers, so on.
